Along our life path, the Original Self inevitably clashes with, and is wounded by, cultural conditioning and societal/familial expectations. The imprints of wounding can be traced like stepping stones, leading back to your Original Self and its primal intelligence. Writing our way along this path, we are able to see our past experiences in a new light, and tap into the creative potential that can be found shimmering amidst the shards of old wounds.
